Our personal relationships with film buyers expands all around the world, giving your film the best possible platform to generate maximum exposure and revenue. Our sales team has one goal and one goal only: To sell your Film to interested buyers around the world. We use our relationships to help both major and independent filmmakers get their Film discovered and to ultimately generate revenue streams in new territories. Our personal service and filmmaker friendly rates makes L.A.N.E. 38 Distribution stand out from the pack.
No Out of Pocket
You will never pay us a dollar. We work for you to attach your film to a distributor. We only make money if your film makes money.
Domestic and International Distribution
We have relationships to North American and world-wide buyers to help secure you the best deal and get your film seen by the most amount of people.
Low Sales Agent %
We receive no money from you, so how do we make money? Like most Sales Agents or Sales Reps, we work on a commission basis. Meaning, once your film is bought or picked up by a Distributor, that we put you in contact with, we receive a percentage of the film sales. This amount varies from 10-15% and sometimes higher. L.A.N.E. 38 offers a generous flat 10% Sales Agent commission for all filmmakers. We also work for you to negotiate the best rates with distributors so your overall % stays low.
Negotiating for You
Because we've been doing this a while, we have relationships with distributors and prior negotiated rates that are exclusive to L.A.N.E. 38. These rates are usually lower than someone calling cold or without a track record. We use our experience to align you with a distributor and also present you their best offer. If you don't like the distributor or offer, we're happy to negotiate further or align you with a different distributor.

OFFERS
We present you with the best offers and you decide which distributor you want to work with. We don't offer legal advice but can breakdown the main terms of the agreement and answer any questions you have. When you decide on a distributor we can help you with your deliverables and connect you to our vendors for the best rates including E&O Insurance, Poster Design, Trailers, etc.
GENERATE REVENUE
The fun part. Your film has been delivered and now it's time to start getting eyes on it and making money. We offer two complimentary strategy sessions to help with your PR campaign and are happy to answer your emails on other questions.
